Centre for Diabetes and Endocrinology (CDE) – Diabetes education and management
At Pick n Pay Medical Scheme, we recognise that a person with well-managed diabetes and who is compliant with their medication can live a fulfilled life without many of the debilitating complications so often associated with diabetes. To this end, the Board of Trustees has enlisted the services of CDE for all registered members with diabetes on the Plus Option.
Members who qualify for these services will need to make use of a CDE-accredited doctor who specialises in the management of diabetes in order to be registered on the programme.

As communicated to you in the November 2023 newsletter, our Administrator transferred Pick n Pay Medical Scheme to a new and advanced administration platform from 1 January 2024.
