Pick n Pay Medical Scheme is governed by a Board of Trustees. 50% of the Trustees are appointed by the Employer and 50% are elected
by Pick n Pay Medical Scheme members and each serve a term of office of three years.

The Board of Trustees appoints a Principal Officer who is responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the Scheme.
